Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SCCM experience, Windows 10/11 endpoint management, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT problems. Onsite Detroit, standard IT processes apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SCCM / Configuration Manager experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of software deployment, OS deployment, patch management and application packaging.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting SCCM client and deployment issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune / co-management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage Windows operating systems, applications, software updates, and patches.
• Create and maintain SCCM collections, packages, applications, task sequences, and deployments.
• Monitor SCCM infrastructure, troubleshoot deployment and client issues.
• Manage SCCM clients, Distribution Points, Boundaries, and Boundary Groups.
• Support Windows patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software deployment and endpoint management issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and follow enterprise IT processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
