Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure across SCCM, Intune, GPO, AD, and third-party patch tools.

Hybrid role with 2 days onsite per week in the United States. Strong focus on patching, deployment, and co-management with Intune and Autopilot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with SCCM environments and endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager environments.
• Manage applications, packages, deployments, and distribution points.
• Own patch management including SUP/WSUS and ADRs.
• Support OS Deployment, task sequences, imaging, drivers, and CMPivot.
• Design and troubleshoot Group Policy across multi-domain environments.
• Support Intune co-management, Windows Autopilot, app deployment, compliance, BitLocker.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SCCM Administrator to join our team and manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure across SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, Active Directory, and third-party patch management tools.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week

Focus: SCCM | Intune | GPO | Endpoint Management | Patching

• Administer and maintain enterprise SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager environments.
• Manage applications, packages, collections, deployments, Distribution Points, boundaries, and client health.
• Own patch management, including SUP/WSUS, ADRs, Patch Tuesday, and Patch My PC.
• Support OS Deployment (OSD), task sequences, imaging, drivers, and CMPivot.
• Design and troubleshoot Group Policy across multi-domain/multi-OU Active Directory environments.
• Support Intune co-management, Windows Autopilot, application deployment, Company Portal, compliance, and BitLocker.
• Troubleshoot using CMTrace, SCCM logs, Windows Event Logs, IIS logs, and Patch My PC logs.
• Develop SCCM/SSRS reports and work with SQL Server, including Always On environments.
• Support PKI/certificate management and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.

5+ years of enterprise SCCM administration

Hands-on Microsoft Intune / Co-Management

PowerShell scripting

Patch My PC or similar patching tools

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
