• Strong knowledge of NYC housing programs and property management experience.
• Experience in facilities-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, supers, and management companies.
• Ensure apartment turnovers are timely and fully equipped (painted, cleaned, keys, working appliances, furniture).
• Conduct and document apartment inspections to meet housing standards.
• Record, track, and report repairs through completion.
• Coordinate with city agencies, landlords, and clients for inspections.
