Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and hotel standards.
2. Greet guests, take orders, and provide prompt, accurate, and personalized service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
3. Adhere to all food and alcohol service regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
4. Be knowledgeable about our food, cocktails, wine, and beer offerings, and assist guests accordingly.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service.
7. Manage cash transactions accurately and reconcile financials at the end of each shift.

Qualifications
