Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Scanning Technician to join a team responsible for digitizing sensitive child welfare documents. The role requires traveling between multiple office locations within the assigned region to support digitization efforts, with daily access to/viewing sensitive content.

Applicants should have experience on large-scale scanning projects, strong QA, and excellent documentation and communication skills. Reliable transportation is essential due to frequent site-to-site travel.

Job description

TEKsystems is looking for individuals to join a team to digitize sensitive documents as a Scanning Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for traveling between multiple office locations within their assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents. Viewing sensitive content is a daily part of this position. Travel will be based on the location of physical files requiring scanning, and candidates will follow the workload accordingly. Reliable transportation is required, as frequent travel between sites is an essential part of this role.

Must be local to region. Travel costs: mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 50 miles or 1 hour from home base ($0.70/mile) one way OR for travel exceeding 100 miles or 2 hours from home base.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Monroe, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
