Overview
To provide a clean and safe store environment, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store, and perform other functions as required in various departments while delivering excellent customer service.
Pay for this position starts at $15.00 - $20.60 / hour.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexibility to work up to eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday, and weekends if scheduled.
- Ability to operate computers and hand-held scanning devices.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and levels of authority.
- Successful completion of pre-employment/promotion drug screening and criminal background check within company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain weekly Maintenance Reports through audits, including verifying proper pricing, identifying discontinued or deleted products, and ensuring shelf accuracy.
- Perform weekly Ad Checks to ensure advertised items are correctly displayed with proper signage and scanning.
- Ensure daily operation of all store scanners and printers.
- Distribute weekly shelf tags to relevant departments.
- Conduct weekly aisle scans to verify proper tagging and scanning of merchandise.
- Maintain store signage standards.
- Check product date codes, ensure proper rotation, and remove out-of-date items.
- Report potential issues such as shrinkage, security concerns, or customer complaints to management.
- Notify the Merchandising Systems Department of pricing or item issues.
- Coordinate with store personnel regarding pricing or tagging problems.
- Scan items requiring replacement tags and create necessary signage.
Supplemental Functions
- Create signage as needed.
- Maintain logs, reports, and forms at the store level.
- Organize shelves and displays after rotations.
- Clean shelves when necessary.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Work collaboratively with all team members, practicing respect and support.
Qualifications

Physical Demands
