Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience performing quality-control tasks.
• Experience operating a cutter.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, or the ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, consistent daily attendance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and other fasteners.
• Jog, sort, gather, and organize documents in the correct order.
• Process both large- and small-format documents.
• Operate document-scanning equipment and related production tools.
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure documents are complete, properly ordered, and accurately scanned.
• Use a cutter as needed to support document preparation and production activities.
• Follow established procedures for document handling, processing, and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting production requirements and deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a positive team environment.
