Job summary

Salvo Software in Idaho is seeking field technicians to join our Field Operations Team. You’ll test vehicles using scan tools, report issues, and work closely with engineers to improve our automotive software and cloud solutions.

This hands-on role requires a strong interest in cars and trucks, comfort with diagnostic tools, and the discipline to follow test steps and safety procedures while working outdoors.

• Strong interest in cars, trucks, or off-road vehicles (professional or hobbyist).
• Comfortable using diagnostic tools or learning how to use them.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow step-by-step processes.
• Comfortable working outdoors and hands-on with vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Use scan tools to test and validate new automotive software in real vehicles.
