This role is based in Union Square, NYC, and offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $160,000 before variable compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or customer education.
• Experience in running webinars, writing help docs, and building training programs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build repeatable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design scaled onboarding curriculum for Mid-Market customers.
• Run weekly onboarding sessions and track success metrics.
• Create enablement infrastructure and ensure accounts are properly set up.
