RYZE, a fast‑growing company redefining daily wellness, seeks a Process Engineer focused on scale‑up and manufacturing transfer. You will translate bench formulas into reproducible plant processes, ensuring compatibility with multiple co-manufacturers’ equipment and sites.

The role emphasizes close collaboration with formulation, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet launch timelines and scale production seamlessly.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, formulation scale‑up, or related technical roles.
• Exposure to blending and processing equipment and RTD products.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with manufacturing partners and to have direct conversations when needed.
• Travel willingness to assignments across manufacturing sites aligned with milestones.

Responsabilités

• Own the process-engineering translation of new formulas from bench-top samples through plant trials and first production.
• Engineer manufacturability early in formulation development to avoid rework.
• Document process standards, flows, critical parameters, and equipment specs for cross-site transfer.
• Support commercialization timelines with equipment trials and line trials.
• Assist with root‑cause investigations by applying process‑engineering knowledge and device-specific insights.
