Job summary

Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer, Commercialization & Scale-Up to translate bench formulations into repeatable, scale-ready processes across co-manufacturers. You will own mixing sequences, equipment parameters, and process documentation, ensuring manufacturability from trial to full production while supporting launch readiness and quality adherence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in process or manufacturing engineering in food/bev/nutritional products.
• Experience with formulation scale-up from bench to first production.
• Strong knowledge of blending/processing equipment and line trials.
• Ability to build trust with manufacturing partners and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel to multiple manufacturing sites as milestones require.

Responsibilities

• Own process-engineering translation from bench-top samples to plant trials and first production.
• Engineer manufacturability early in new formulations to flag equipment mismatches.
• Build and maintain process documentation for cross-site transfer.
• Handoff process ownership to steady-state production and support launches.
• Support commercialization timelines with equipment/line trials and capacity checks.
• Provide process input to QA for day-to-day troubleshooting and drift interpretation.
• Lead root-cause investigations with process-engineering clarity across sites.
• Maintain relationships with co-manufacturer teams to align process standards.
