Job summary

Oxford is seeking a Process Development Engineer to develop scalable processes from R&D to manufacturing and to partner with R&D teams for smooth tech transfer. The role focuses on process optimization, reducing variability, and improving operating capabilities across lab and plant environments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and 2+ years of related experience, with strong skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAD to support documentation and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/ manufacturing/ mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; CAD competency required.

Responsibilities

• Transfer of new products and processes from innovation to commercial production, including lab scale-ups and plant trials.
• Develop processes to ensure products are manufactured predictively and efficiently.
• Analyze and optimize processes for small and large-scale production.
• Partner with process engineers to reduce product variability and improve quality and efficiency.
• Work with R&D Technologists, Technicians, and Engineering on new products and processes.
