• New Process Scale-Up & Execution: translate processes into batch records and guide operators.
• Documentation & Safety Compliance: prepare processing docs, deviation reports, hazard sheets, and processing reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Chemistry, Quality, and Operations through the lifecycle.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Client Interaction: address process deviations on the shop floor and communicate milestones.
