Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, polymer, or materials science/engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Process Engineering or new product development and scale-up.
• Strong verbal/written English communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed process documentation in collaboration with R&D, Process Engineering, and Automation Engineering to scale-up and launch new products.
• Technical resource for troubleshooting existing manufacturing processes, including mixing, milling, extrusion.
• Technical lead for scoping and evaluating new and emerging processing technologies relevant to Parker Chomerics' growth strategy.
• Interprets and validates test results to ensure product reliability and safety standards.
• Writes supporting documentation for procedures and technical reports and assists in writing technical proposals.
