Responsibilities

• Inspect labeling, quantity, and quality of raw materials to meet standards.
• Ensure batches are produced according to recipes and SOPs.
• Consistently weigh and measure to meet specifications.
• Allocate ingredients and manage quantities from each container or lot.
• Pre-stage pallets of major items and stage minor ingredients with clear identification and sealed containers.
• Understand ERP software programs.
• Confirm correct amounts allocated and ensure setups and kit items are staged.
• Monitor inventories and complete material disposition forms for damaged material.
• Communicate effectively at shift changeovers.
• Adhere to Safety programs and GMPs and follow SOPs.
