• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Optimize assembly and test processes to identify failures earlier.
• Define quality standards, inspections, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with vendors to improve part quality and consistency.

Skills

Root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone, etc.)

Ability to read CAD drawings, schematics, and BOMs

Experience developing test procedures and validation workflows

Strong communicator in a small, fast‑moving team
