Job summary

Blue Castle Agency is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 700+ unit market-rate community in St. Louis. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident concerns to keep the property running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of property management experience, familiarity with Yardi/OneSite/RealPage, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage high-volume activity and ensure occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of property management experience at a large community.
• Experience with high-volume leasing and renewals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in running daily operations for a 700+ unit community.
• Handle high-volume leasing activity including applications and move-ins.
• Process lease renewals and drive resident retention at scale.
• Assist with budget tracking, rent collection, and monthly financial reporting.
• Help manage delinquency and collections efforts.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders and turnover timelines.
• Step in for the Community Manager on operational decisions when needed.
• Support marketing and occupancy strategy across a large unit count.
