Bee Green Recycling & Supply is seeking a Scale Operator at our Oakland facility. You will be the first point of contact for customers, identify and inspect loads, and ensure compliance with permit regulations.

The role requires reliability, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include weighing, ticketing, cashier duties, and maintaining daily logs while upholding our values of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to prevent data entry errors.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced recycling facility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and inspect material loads coming into the facility.
• Record weights accurately and issue weighmaster certificates.
• Use computer software throughout the day to issue customer tickets and record weights.
• Act as the cashier and accurately process monetary transactions.
• Record all required daily logs and inspections for facility compliance.
• Demonstrate Bee Green’s mission and core values to customers and coworkers.
