Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate tickets for customers and coordinates truck dispatch orders for maximum efficiency.
• Verifies ticket numbers, dates and times for accuracy.
• Collects COD money and records it properly; transmits transaction registers to the main office daily.
• Transfers all files and tickets at least twice daily and answers phones with accurate messages.
