Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented scale house/dispatch support to ensure smooth traffic at the scale and coordinate truck dispatch orders, generating accurate customer tickets.

You will verify ticket numbers, dates and times, and transfer files daily while maintaining records of weights and tons sold. The role also involves general administrative duties and assisting plant staff as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mandatory training/certifications: Weigh Master License may be required in some states.
• Technical skills: Basic computer skills and understanding of hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates truck dispatch to jobs and operates computer to produce tickets.
• Verifies tickets for numbers, date and time accuracy.
• Sends transaction register and ticket copies to main office daily.
• Transfers all files and tickets twice daily.
• Tares trucks (empty weight) weekly and records tons sold by product.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintains scale house and keeps it clean and orderly.
• Maintains product knowledge to answer customer questions.
• Answers phones and records messages.
• Collects COD money and records it.
• Assist Plant employees as required.
