Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and process inbound and outbound truck loads using scale systems.
• Issue tickets, invoices, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate traffic flow.
• Maintain organized records and reconcile daily transactions and reports.
• Support plant operations by monitoring inventory movements and identifying discrepancies.
• Ticket Ultra Blocks produced from returned ready-mix concrete and maintain accurate related documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed, including assisting with production reporting, data entry, customer interactions, coordinating site activities, and performing other duties to support efficient site operations.
