Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is hiring for a position in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves physical work in an industrial setting, operating production equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You'll contribute to safety initiatives, handle heavy lifting, and work with various materials. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a Fortune 500 company with long-standing industry presence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Experience with metal sorting is a plus but not required; ability to distinguish metals and materials for grading and safety hazards.
• Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs or more and carry/push objects up to 100 ft.
• Must perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must stand for long periods in an industrial environment with weather exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
• Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and upholds the CMC Safety Culture.

• Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all elements of weather

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
