Job summary

CMC offers a strong starting point in the steel, construction reinforcement and ground stabilization industries. The role involves operating production equipment, maintaining a clean work area and following safety procedures while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in recycling or manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in recycling or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment.
• Prior knowledge of metal identification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
• Operates production equipment per established procedures and guidelines.
• Participates in CMC Safety Programs and upholds the CMC Safety Culture.
• Performs any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
