Timber Creek Recycling is seeking a customer-focused Scale House Operator at our Meridian site, with coverage for the Nampa location as needed. This full-time role handles customer interactions in person or by phone, processes orders, and schedules on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage phones, take orders, deliver messages, and handle customer issues and orders.
• Ensures efficient scale house operations and facility logistics.
• Enter customer and order data in the company software.
• Ensure management is informed of deadlines and issues.
• Provide clerical support to coworkers and management as needed.
• Measure/calculate drop-offs and pick-ups.
