Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks at the scale and ensure accurate load sizes.
• Assist customers with pickup and provide top-tier service.
• Handle cash and log transactions; balance cash box daily.
• Communicate with loader operator by radio to load customers.
• Greet visitors, enforce safety rules, and maintain records.
• Enter delivery times and manage order and delivery tickets.
• Maintain MSHA Part 46 log and accurate product information.
• Coordinate deliveries locally as needed and stay on schedule.
• Maintain high attendance and adapt to busy environments.
