Pay: $18–$25/hr. DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | Steady Overtime Available (typically 5–6 days/week | 12-hour shifts)

About the Role

Asgard Resources is hiring a Scale House Operator/Coordinator to support our frac sand operations in Bainville, MT.

This role is primarily indoors in the scale house and focuses on coordinating truck traffic, processing load tickets, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

If you're organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and able to communicate professionally with drivers and team members, this could be a great fit.

You’ll play an important role in helping the plant run smoothly and efficiently during night shift operations.

What You'll Do

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale systems
• Create and process load tickets with accurate order, driver, and weight details
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams

What We're Looking For
