Job summary

Wolla Trucking, LLC & Wolla Oilfield Services, LLC are hiring for an Oilfield Sand Logistics Laborer (Frac Support) in Williston Basin, ND. This hands-on role supports frac sand operations with 12-hour shifts and paid travel time per shift.

Pay is $24.00/hr with overtime at $36.00/hr after 40 hours, plus a strong benefits package after probation. Expect regular overtime and travel to remote well sites in a safety-focused, team environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and situational awareness on busy job sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing and able to travel to remote well sites.
• Oilfield or winter driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct sand trucks in and out of location.
• Spot trucks safely onto offload platforms.
• Assist with unloading frac sand using gravity-fed belt systems.
• Keep work areas clean and equipment operating properly.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.

Oilfield Sand Logistics Laborer (Frac Support)

Pay: $24.00/hr

We’re hiring reliable, hard-working individuals to support frac sand operations at active North Dakota well sites. This is a hands‑on role that keeps completion jobs running safely and on schedule.

Schedule & Pay

• 12-hour shifts
• Plus Approximately 2 hours of paid travel time per shift
• Consistent overtime available
