Job summary

Asgard Resources is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to operate loaders, dozers, and other equipment at our frac sand mining and processing facility in Bainville, MT. Operators move sand and materials throughout the site, assist with production operations, and help keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on position working with large equipment in an outdoor mining environment. You may work 8–12 hour shifts, with nights, weekends, and overtime common.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment.
• Sand, mining, or oilfield equipment experience preferred.
• Able to perform daily inspections and minor maintenance.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Able to work 8–12 hour shifts, nights and weekends.
• Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance.
• Experience in gravel pits or sand operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other heavy equipment.
• Load and move sand and materials around the site.
• Feed plant hoppers and manage stockpiles.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with plant operators to support production.
• Follow all safety procedures and MSHA guidelines.
• Keep equipment clean and work areas organized.
