You will operate facility scale systems, coordinate daily routing, process billing and documentation, and serve as the main contact for customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and high-quality service. The role emphasizes precise data entry, route optimization, communication across departments, and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in dispatch, scale operations, logistics, or admin support.
• Strong math and data-entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and office software.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor scale program software (PARADIGM) and weigh inbound/outbound trucks.
• Prepare daily scale logs and reports; manage route planning for next day.
• Coordinate billing/documents; act as primary contact for customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy of route data, tickets, and bills of lading; support scheduling and provisioning.
