Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure accurate truck weights and ticket accuracy prior to issue.
• Perform site-specific safety training and verify visitor sign-in/out daily.
• Collaborate with sales/dispatch departments.
• Relay customer needs or complaints to Scale Ops Manager.
• Process COD and reconcile tickets daily.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor truck weights to prevent overloading and maintain compliance.
• Maintain clean scale house and surrounding area.
• Assist with plant management clerical duties as needed.
• Weekly collection of equipment operating hours for on-site assets.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition.
• Maintain strong communication with plant staff and operators.
• Occasionally assist with dispatch duties including scheduling and log maintenance.
