Unitex in New Haven, CT is seeking a Scale Attendant to manage/handle linen at one of our client locations. Schedule: 4 days per week, Thursday-Sunday, 7:00am-6:00pm; weekend availability is required.

The role involves linen collection, counting, weighing carts, packing, and helping maintain inventory. Competitive benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and PTO; drivers and production ops are also part of Unitex's expanding team.

• Experience in a service/operations environment a plus.

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a Scale Attendant to manage/handle linen at one of our prestigious client locations in New Haven, CT.

Schedule

4 days per week, Thursday - Sunday. 7:00am-6:00pm. Must have weekend availability.

Compensation

$17.00 - 20.00 /hour. The salary range for this position is $17.00/hour to $20.00/hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

• Collection and distribution of linen
• Counting, recording, and inventorying merchandise
• Preparing and organizing pack-out carts/baskets for distribution
• Weigh incoming and outgoing carts/baskets
• Building carts and baskets as needed
