Job summary

Just Careers Training Pty Ltd, trading as Licences 4 Work, urgently seeks an experienced Scaffolding Trainer & Assessor to join our Malaga training facility. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training and assessment in CPCCLSF2001: Basic Scaffolding and related units.

You will deliver practical, industry-aligned instruction, maintain thorough records, and support learners to achieve competency. Willingness to travel and weekend availability are required as part of this growing RTO’s

Qualifications

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Competency in at least one scaffolding unit listed above.
• Demonstrated scaffolding industry experience and current knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment.
• Ensure all training and assessment is delivered in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, assessment documentation and related administrative requirements.
• Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices.
• Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice.
• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team.

This role is based at our Malaga training facility and is responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in the following units of competency:

• CPCCLSF2001: Basic Scaffolding
