Job summary

TIC_Craft is seeking a skilled Construction Worker to erect and dismantle scaffolding, operate heavy equipment, and rig loads for various projects. The role involves reading blueprints, selecting tools, and following safety protocols on a busy construction site.

Primary responsibilities include assembling scaffolds, installing access systems like ladders and walkways, and coordinating with management for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope, locations, quantities and material sizes.
• Identify tools required for tasks and measure, mark, and cut materials to specification.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding; install ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways.
• Construct, reinforce, and dismantle pre-constructed scaffolds.
• Build and construct wooden scaffolds and auxiliary items.
• Perform work involving rigging of equipment loads.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specs to determine scope, locations, and quantities.
• Identify tools needed and measurement/cutting of materials to spec.
• Erect/disassemble scaffolding; install ladders, walkways, platforms, gangways.
• Construct and dismantle pre-constructed scaffolds; build wooden scaffolds.
• Perform rigging of equipment loads.
• Follow safety rules and communicate with supervision.
