Job summary

Acadian Contractors, Inc. is seeking Offshore Scaffold Builder Superintendents in Abbeville, LA. These professionals will oversee scaffold erection and dismantling, lead crews, and ensure safety compliance.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with scaffolding experience and a commitment to safety and operational efficiency, with familiarity of OSHA standards and the ability to complete daily reports and time tickets as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in scaffolding operations.
• Experience conducting safety meetings and coordinating with project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA scaffolding standards and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and completing JSAs, daily reports, and time ticket submissions.
• Ability to inspect scaffolds and verify 100% completion.
• Experience in scaffold erection and hands-on assistance when necessary.
