Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Preferably 2 years minimum experience as a Scaffold Foreman.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with hand tools accurately.
• Experience with scaffold construction, modification, and dismantling.
• Knowledge of OSHA standard 1926.451.
• Ability to supervise and mentor crew members.
• Capable of working around water, swimming, and swinging from boat at plus 10 level.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
