Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolder role based in Orlando, FL. The Scaffolder will assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to site plans, safety standards, and project timelines. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, measuring and securing structures, inspecting scaffolds for stability and safety, and coordinating with site supervisors and other trades. The role also involves maintaining tools and equipment, following all safety protocols, and completing work documentation as required. The Scaffolder is expected to work in varying weather conditions and at different heights on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Strong scaffolding skills, including safe assembly, alteration, and dismantling of scaffold structures.
• Experience working at height with appropriate safety practices and adherence to fall protection standards.
• Knowledge of confined space safety procedures and ability to follow site-specific entry protocols.
• Valid CSCS or equivalent construction safety certification, or willingness to obtain one.
• Good physical fitness, manual handling capability, and ability to work in outdoor construction environments.
• Understanding of construction site safety regulations and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to read basic plans or instructions, follow directions, and work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in scaffolding or construction preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
