Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking to grow its team with experienced field personnel. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and efficient pre-job planning on industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in the related field.
• Minimum three years assisting Foreperson with supervising craft personnel.
• Front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, and hazard awareness.
• Experience in field take-off, requisitions, logistics, and pre-job planning.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front line contact for safety, QA/QC, and JSA.
• Oversee safety and compliance on project sites.
• Assist Foreperson with supervising craft personnel.
• Coordinate material requisitions and logistics.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget.

Skills

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
