Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Scaffold Foreman for LA with offshore responsibilities. The role pays $26.00-$28.00 per hour and is full-time, on-site in Louisiana. The Foreman will supervise 8–15 workers, ensure safety, budget adherence, and timely completion of field tasks.

Typically, candidates have at least five years in supervision within the field and experience with take-offs, material requisitions, logistics, and pre-job planning. A strong safety focus and QA/QC knowledge are essential.

• Capable of supervising from eight to fifteen workers.
• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget.
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning.
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field and in the supervision craft personnel.
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and awareness of hazardous conditions.
