Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety‑conscious individuals to join our team as a Scaffold Builder (Metal Mechanics). In this role, you will assist in the installation, insulation, and maintenance of various insulation and metal systems and the installation of scaffold. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a hands‑on environment with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or perform the installation of metal piping and various types of insulation.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools.
• Install metal and insulation in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure work is completed to quality standards and job specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Load and unload tools and materials on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.

Requirements and Education

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work at heights, and use ladders and scaffolding.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements and Education

• Previous experience in construction, metal piping, and various types of insulation is preferred but not required for helper positions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred.
