Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking reliable, safety‑minded individuals to join our team as Scaffold Builders. You will assist in installation, insulation, and metal work on diverse projects, developing hands‑on skills and contributing to safe, quality outcomes.

This role requires lifting, working at heights, and using hand and power tools in outdoor conditions. You will collaborate with crew members, follow procedures, and maintain organized work areas while adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work at heights, and use ladders and scaffolding
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist with or perform the installation of metal piping, and different types of insulation
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools
• Install Metal and Insulation and accordance with manufacturer's
• Ensure work is completed to quality standards and job specifications
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Load and unload tools and materials on job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
