Job summary

Petrochem Insulation's Bay Minette crew is hiring for a Siding role. You will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of metal siding and related exterior materials on commercial and residential buildings.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth. We emphasize safety and reliability; basic tool knowledge, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, siding, or metal work is preferred but not required for helper positions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and use ladders and scaffolding.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or perform the installation of metal siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and other exterior building materials.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools.
• Install panels and flashing in accordance with building codes and blueprints.
• Ensure work is completed to quality standards and job specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Load and unload tools and materials on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
