Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group in the Chicago area is seeking reliable Scaffold Builders to support insulation, metal, and scaffold maintenance projects. You will assist in installation, fabrication, and site readiness, with emphasis on safety and quality.

This hands-on role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic field, requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and operate hand and power tools, with outdoor work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or perform installation of metal piping and insulation.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools.
• Install metal and insulation per manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and job specs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Load and unload tools and materials on site.
• Communicate with team, supervisors, and customers.
