Role Summary: Scaffold Builder

This role involves supervising the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Work safely at heights.
• Determine the appropriate type of scaffold and instruct on installation procedures.
• Oversee transportation and erection of scaffold materials.
• Hoist materials to erect temporary structures.
• Secure and level scaffold sections properly.
• Secure scaffold to permanent structures for stability.
• Follow OSHA, site-specific, and Austin Industrial safety requirements.
• Supervise dismantling of scaffolding when authorized.
• Inspect and store scaffolding materials after dismantling.
• Perform final inspections of completed scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of journeyman-level experience.

Physical Demands:
