TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an intermediate Construction Scaffolder to perform erection and dismantling of scaffolding, operate heavy equipment, and rig loads on construction sites in Mississippi. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and proven ability to use hand and power tools, with strong communication skills for coordination with supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specs to determine scope, locations, quantities and sizes of materials.
• Identify tools required and measure, mark, and cut materials to spec.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding for buildings and structures; install ladders and walkways.
• Construct, reinforce, and dismantle pre-constructed scaffolds and wooden scaffolds.
• Perform rigging of equipment loads.
