Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related field experience.
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures in construction.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble scaffolding according to job specifications.
• Read blueprints and determine dimensions for structures.
• Inspect base surfaces for obstructions and prepare materials.
• Load, transport, and unload materials and tools.
• Measure and cut materials to size with proper accuracy.
• Use hand and power carpentry tools safely and effectively.
• Erect ladders and walkways and secure scaffolding to structures.
• Observe safety and project rules at all times.
