Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a SCADA Specialist to provide real-time SCADA system support and administration for a Pipeline SCADA system, coordinating with Pipeline Control to ensure safe and secure operation of pipelines via SCADA HMI systems. The candidate should hold a BS in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent), with 2–5 years of SCADA experience.

Familiarity with CygNet SCADA is a plus, along with strong problem-solving, Windows server administration, and effective communication

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of SCADA experience; Windows server administration.
• Experience with SCADA, PLC/RTU integration, and related protocols.
• Familiarity with CygNet SCADA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time SCADA system support and administration.
• Configure and maintain SCADA databases and displays for Control Center operations.
• Interface with Field Personnel and Control Center on SCADA integration projects.
• Assist in regulatory testing and documentation of changes.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
