Job summary

Energy Transfer in Houston, TX seeks a SCADA Specialist to support and administer real-time SCADA systems for pipeline operations. You will work with Control Center, Field Personnel, and CRM to ensure safe, reliable data flows from RTUs and PLCs.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years in SCADA, familiarity with CygNet, Windows server admin, and a solid understanding of pipeline measurement and comms. Travel and on-call responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–5 years of SCADA experience with emphasis on pipelines.
• Knowledge of gas/liquids pipeline processes and networking basics.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time SCADA system support and administration.
• Configure databases and graphical displays for control center operations.
• Collaborate with field personnel on SCADA integration projects.
• Document changes and participate in 24x7 rotational support.
