Job summary

Forge Institute seeks multiple IC/SCADA Cyber professionals to develop curriculum, hands-on labs, and teach cyber KSAs for training programs. You will deliver student assessments and conduct public/private evaluations to identify risks and gaps in content and objectives.

Travel is required occasionally; some remote options may be considered. The role is based in Little Rock, AR, with compensation commensurate with position and experience. Applicants must have TS/SCI clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree and 6+ years of KSAs focused around cyber defense, infrastructure, incident response, and vulnerability assessments.
• Experience with computer network protocols and operations.
• Knowledge of cyber intrusion, threats, malware, networking and monitoring.
• Ability to possess TS/SCI clearance; current eligibility preferred.
• Vast industry experience in IC/SCADA environments (power, water, oil, gas, manufacturing).
• Expertise in IT and OT environments; ability to analyze and provide recommendations to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and hands-on labs for cyber training programs.
• Teach and assess students and professionals in cyber KSAs and TTPs.
• Deliver public and private assessments, identifying risks and gaps in content and objectives.
• Collaborate with public and private partners to ensure security across all program areas.
