• Hands‑on grid experience
• 5+ years of experience with EMS, AEMS product (design and development)
• 5+ years of experience with C, Java & SQL/Oracle Database; 5+ years of OOP skills with C++ or full‑stack Java or other related language
• Knowledgeable in Electric SCADA, Power DMS, Transmission EMS implementations
• Experience with Linux and Windows OS, shell scripting, SQL, and log / debug file analysis
• 5 years’ experience on real‑time or mission‑critical systems
• Experience picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems
• Proven track record of problem analysis, identification, and resolution
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
