Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise IT systems.
• Knowledge of electric utility operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support for the Distribution Management System and related SCADA applications.
• Administer E-terra environment, user access, and database support.
• Manage data acquisition via RTU polling and ICCP communications; integrate vendor tools with IT infrastructure.
• Develop tools, interfaces, and reports for operational data delivery to other departments.
• Collaborate with distribution operators, field personnel, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
